Rhyme designed tailored teller stations for privacy, provided ergonomic furniture, and trained staff on its use—all with minimal disruption.

The redesigned teller stations created a more private and professional environment, allowing employees to engage with customers without overlapping conversations or distractions. Ergonomic improvements, including standing desks and adjustable seating, enhanced employee comfort and productivity, making daily tasks easier and promoting healthier work habits. The updated aesthetics gave the bank a fresh, modern look that aligned with its values of providing up-to-date, high-quality service. Challenge

Day By Day Shelter, Oshkosh’s only low-barrier homeless shelter, moved into Wisconsin’s first purpose-built shelter facility. The new 14,000-square-foot space needed to be furnished entirely from scratch with durable, budget-conscious, and welcoming items to serve both residents and staff for years to come.

Solution

Rhyme, a trusted local partner, collaborated closely with the shelter to furnish the entire space. The process involved selecting durable, functional, and comfortable items, including office furniture, dining tables, lounge area furniture, beds, and shelving units—all tailored to meet the shelter’s operational needs and mission.

Results

The new facility now offers a safe, welcoming environment with thoughtfully chosen furnishings that enhance the shelter’s ability to serve the unhoused community. Residents and staff benefit from a well-equipped, state-of-the-art space designed for comfort and sustainability. Beyond the furnishings, Rhyme reinforced its commitment to the community with a $10,000 donation, further supporting the shelter’s mission.

Challenges

The Brookfield office faced challenges related to space design, as it needed to accommodate more offices while also providing collaborative areas for meetings and customer demos. The Oshkosh and Portage offices had their own unique space constraints. Oshkosh required relocation to a larger facility, which needed to be redesigned to meet our growing demands. In Portage, the warehouse was located within the same building, so we had to move it to a new space, transforming the original area into expanded offices and collaboration zones.

Solution

We upgraded to more ergonomic furniture, improved lighting, and enhanced décor. Additionally, we’ve created dedicated spaces to showcase our technology and service offerings. These updates help better reflect our brand identity, values, and industry.

Results

The new office layouts provide a fresh, modern office designed to enhance the work environment, making it more comfortable, inspiring, and conducive to focus and collaboration. Our conference rooms and showrooms now have the latest technology including display boards, that will improve our meetings and video conferencing to meet modern communication and productivity demands. We created more storage, optimized open spaces, and added private offices and meeting rooms.
